Electric heating and reversible air-conditioning upstairs. Electricity at customer's expense.
Green space with lawn, terrace at the rear of the house with direct access from the kitchen.
The property benefits from unobstructed views over the bocage and is close to a farm.
Cure package (except July-August): €875 for 3 weeks. In July and August 1200€ for 3 weeks.
