Raised ground floor: bright, spacious kitchen opening onto the living room with pellet stove and access to the terrace, bedroom for 2, separate toilet.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 with private shower room (Italian shower), 1 shower room (shower and toilet).
Garden level: 1 bedroom for 2, shower room, separate wc, summer kitchen with sitting area, garage, car port, outdoor shower, cellar and laundry room complete the facilities of this beautiful house.

For your comfort, the house is fully equipped with reversible air-conditioning on the ground floor and first floor, and benefits from an alarm with photo-taking for your security. The lens can be easily blocked during your stay. An external camera monitors the entrance gate.
