First floor: kitchen with dining area, living room, wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (bath and shower), separate toilet.
First floor: 1 bedroom (2 x 2-person beds), 1 bedroom (1 x 2-person bed), bathroom (shower/wc). Electric heating. Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, 3-drawer freezer).
Large semi-enclosed green space (2ha) with orchard, lawn, courtyard and 2 sheltered terraces, barbecue. Children's swing. Mini farm (1 donkey, dwarf goats and 1 Vietnamese pig, Ouessant and Cameroon sheep, chickens, geese, ducks...). All amenities in Vallon en Sully and its SNCF train station 5 km, Cosne d'Allier 15 km, Cher river, Berry canal and its greenway 4 km away.

Peggy Super gîte, semaine top !!
Le petit piray est un petit paradis ! Gite spacieux, confortable, en pleine nature et bien situé. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et accueillants !
Leur petite ferme est super, on rend visite aux animaux plusieurs fois pas jour, un plus pour les petits...et les grands nous recommandons sans hésiter !- Cleanliness

Cécile et Christophe Très bon séjour dans ce gîte !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans le gîte du Petit Piray. La maison et les environs sont idéaux pour une tribu comme la nôtre. Beaucoup de place, une maison très pratique et joliment décorée, un grand jardin, une balançoire et de nombreux animaux à aller voir juste autour, idéal pour les enfants !
Le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter les environs (ville médiévale de Hérisson, canal du Berry, Montluçon, forêt de Tronçais).- Cleanliness
