Large Holiday cottage in miller's house, near the old mill, independent gite (exposed stone and wood decor) with waterfall nearby.
First floor: living room with wood-burning stove, kitchen (traditional and pod coffee makers), shower room, separate toilet.
First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 2-person bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 160-person bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 2-person bed), mezzanine (3 x 1-person beds) with reading area, bathroom (bath), separate wc.
Electric heating. Green space with waterfall (2500m²). A variety of activities are available, including table tennis and a basketball court.
A wooden Cabin for little elves. Boules pitch. Donkeys and ponies. Free fishing in the owner's large fish pond (swimming prohibited) 200m away. Picnic facilities available. UNESCO-listed City of Vichy and its relaxing baths 30 km away. Le Pal is 37 km away. Vulcania 100 km away, with the Chaine des Puys (UNESCO heritage site). Bike rental in Lapalisse 6km. Possibility of 2 extra people at 15€/person/night. Non-smoking house.
