Located in Barrais-Bussolles, the Holiday cottage enjoys a peaceful setting, surrounded by meadows and woods, with outdoor activities directly accessible on site. Fishing is available in the owner's large pond 200 m away, while the surrounding paths are ideal for Hiking. The shops and services of Lapalisse are 6 km away, the queen of water cities, Vichy, 30 km, and the animal and amusement park, Le PAL, only 37 km. Further afield, Moulins, 55 km away, or Vulcania and the Puys mountain range, 100 km away, are still worth a visit. Festive event "L'embouteillage RN 7" planned in LAPALISSE.

The first floor comprises a living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, separate WC and a bedroom with a 160cm bed for easy access. Upstairs, two further bedrooms, a mezzanine with TV area and relaxation area, a shower room and separate WC complete the ensemble. Outside, the enclosed courtyard and the 2,500 m² green space feature leisure facilities and a Cabin for Kids, in a safe, leafy setting.
