Located in Barrais-Bussolles, the holiday cottage enjoys a peaceful setting, surrounded by meadows and woods, with outdoor activities accessible right on-site. You can enjoy “no-kill” fishing in the owner’s large pond (swimming prohibited), located 200 m away, while the surrounding trails are perfect for hiking. The shops and services in Lapalisse are 6 km away, Vichy—the “queen of spa cities”—is 30 km away, and Le PAL, the wildlife and amusement park, is just 37 km away. Further afield, Moulins (55 km away) and Vulcania and the Chaîne des Puys (100 km away) are still well worth the trip. A festive event, “L’embouteillage RN 7,” is scheduled in LAPALISSE.

The ground floor features a living room with a fireplace and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with a 160-cm bed designed for easy access. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, a loft with a TV area and relaxation space, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet complete the property. Outside, the enclosed courtyard and 2,500 m² of green space feature recreational facilities and a cabin for kids, all in a safe and lush setting.
