The large Domaine de la Carrière gîte, ideally located 10 km from Moulins and 500 m from the RN7, is ideal for families and friends. The location of this gîte allows you to enjoy all the advantages of the city while still being in the countryside.
Ground floor: You'll love the spacious living room (36 m2), with its seasonal log fire (possibility of sleeping accommodation for the disabled).
The kitchen has bay windows offering panoramic views over the Allier plain, with occasional sunsets. Wheelchair-accessible bathroom (shower and toilet). Utility room.
Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with authentic brickwork and exposed beams: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed), 1 bedroom with local air-conditioning (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 90cm bed), bathroom (bath/balneotherapy and wc). Oil-fired central heating. Green space with lawn. Courtyard for relaxing and dining in fine weather. Possibility of two extra beds at €10 per person per night.
On the same site, you can also rent two other small gîtes and a reception room.
