Detached gite on an agricultural estate, with unobstructed views of the Forêt de Tronçais and close to the Etang de Pirot.
First floor: large living room, open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room/wc.
Oil-fired central heating at customer's expense.
Gravel courtyard (800m²), garden furniture, barbecue. Tennis 100 m away: €4 per hour. Minigolf 200 m away: €2 per club. Sheets, towels and household linen may be hired from the owner one month in advance. Brame du Cerf from September. Owners' swimming pool available according to schedule (3 pm - 5 pm) and weather-dependent from June to September. No WIFI, but excellent 4G coverage.
Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.

gîte bien équipé et fonctionnel en limite de forêt
5/5Accueil très convivial et grande disponibilité du propriétaire permettant d'accéder à la piscine est à l'écart du gîte, annexe de la maison du propriétaire, mais celui en permet aimablement l'accès à certaines heures
Gîte spacieux et bien équipé -tout confort- à proximité de la résidence du propriétaire, exploitant un vaste domaine agricole entièrement sécurisé.
Séjour recommandé pour son calme, en bordure de la forêt de Tronçais, une des plus belles chênaies d'Europe bénéficiant du label " forêt d'exception"et offrant de nombreux parcours de découverte bien balisés, mais aussi de nombreuses possibilités d'excursions à l'entour en Bourbonnais.- Cleanliness 5/5
