On foot, you'll be in the center of Moulins: shops, museums and cultural venues are just a stone's throw away.
The Centre National du Costume de Scène is 3 km away, LE PAL animal and amusement park 30 km, MOULINS "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire" 200m away, VICHY "Grande Ville d'Eau d'Europe" UNESCO World Heritage Site 57 km away.
Traditional and electric-assist bicycles available for hire in Moulins town center.
Outside, relax in the shade of the plane tree for your meals or summer evenings. During the school holidays, you might even be lucky enough to hear the children from the nearby elementary school. Inside, you'll find all the comforts you need for your stay.
Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room.
First floor: take the steep staircase to reach the bedroom. The shower room (shower / WC) is located in the continuation of the bedroom.
Bikes can be stored in the courtyard. A washing machine is available in the shared laundry room.
You can park your car in front of the gîte (for a daily fee) or free of charge 200 meters away. For your safety, the town is equipped with video surveillance cameras, and our street is one of them.
A private, covered and secure parking space can be made available. Please ask the owner.
Gîte benefits: all-inclusive price: bed linen and towels made up on arrival, household linen, cleaning and heating included.
Arrivals only between 4pm and 6pm. (for later arrivals, please contact the owner).
A shared entrance with the gîte le petit Colisée leads to your accommodation. Possibility of renting the gîte le petit Colisée and the gîte le grand Colisée for private use (for a total of 4 people).

5/5Accueil sympathique, bonne situation en plein centre de Moulins, appartement bien équipé, grande douche, cour intérieure très agréable.
Paradoxalement, ce lieu est très calme, idéal pour se reposer ou visiter les alentours.

Un petit coin paisible
4/5Pour la recommandation à un ami , c'est délicat de se prononcer seulement à cause de l'escalier qui est abrupte et les marche étroite , donc ce gite est déconseillé au plus de 70 ans ou aux personnes à mobilité réduite mème légère, la chambre , la salle d'eau et les WC étant à l'étage , cet escalier est donc un point de passage obligé . Nous envisageons de revenir , mais dans le petit gite voisin qui est de plein pied .

5/5Ayant déjà séjourné dans Le Petit Colisée, nous n’avons pas hésité à réitérer l’expérience avec Le Grand; le gîte est superbe, agréablement bien aménagé.
De plus il est extrêmement bien situé pour découvrir le charmant centre-ville de Moulins.

Superbe séjour

Séjour très agréable. Le lieu est très calme tout en étant à 2 pas du centre-ville.
La maison est très lumineuse et le jardin très reposant.
