About twenty kilometers from Montluçon, this rental has been fitted out in a fully renovated farmhouse (exposed beams). Adjoining another 6-person gite, it is located in a small hamlet close to the village.
Ground floor: spacious living room, kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), shower room, separate toilet.
First floor (miller's staircase): 2 bedrooms (2 single beds). Gas-fired central heating. Half-enclosed courtyard (800m²), green space with lawn (3000m²) shared with the other gite.
Néris les Bains spa town 8 km. Preferential spa rate for 3 consecutive weeks, i.e. 15% discount and 10% in July/August.

Optional extras can be booked directly with the owner. 2 extra people available at €15/person/night.

Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
