Utility room. Half-enclosed courtyard (800m²) and green space with lawn (3000m²) shared with the other gite, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Montluçon 18 km. Néris les Bains spa resort 8 km. Preferential spa rate for 3 consecutive weeks, i.e. 15% discount and 10% in July/August. Options can be booked directly with the owner.
