In the heart of the village, this former sewing workshop, just a few meters from the Andelot river, has been renovated. Discover this typical Bourbonnais house, with its warm Scandinavian cocooning atmosphere, adjacent to the owners' house, but with its own independent entrance and enclosed courtyard. Depending on the season, you'll enjoy relaxing on the terrace or by the fireplace, and benefit from the proximity of all the shops in this charming village.
Raised ground floor: kitchen opening onto the living room, shower room (with Italian shower/WC), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190 cm) and possibility of 2 additional beds in the mezzanine (additional rates to be arranged with the owner), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 including 1 trundle bed). Electric heating. Pellet stove. 3 bicycles available (2 adults and 1 Kids aged 10-12). Bicycles can be hired in the village. Vichy 15 km, Saint Pourçain 15km.

Gîte au calme, dans le charmant village de Broût Vernet avec un accès facile aux différents sites touristiques que nous voulions visiter : Vichy, le zoo-parc du Pal, Cusset , Charroux, le Vélorail et la mine d'extraction du charbon , la Pagode à Noyant d'Allier..

Jerome & Gabriel Au coeur du village
Passé l’adaptation du son des cloches, nous avons apprécié la localisation 15 km de vichy / Gannat / st pourcain. Tous les services dans le centre du village (boulangerie, supérette, bureau de poste et pharmacie). Le marché du jeudi matin vaut le détour.
Pour le gîte, attention aux grands (1m85), la poutre de la pièce centrale peut être gênante (Arnica bonjour).
Des rangements pour les provisions sera un plus dans la cuisine mais la force des vacances c’est s’adapter.Merci encore

Excellent séjour dans l'Allier. Gîte très bien situé au croisement de Vichy, St Pourçain, Charroux et les gorges de la Sioule... De belles visites de châteaux, d'abbayes, des randonnées sympas. Propriétaire sympathique et accueillante.
