This 19th century farmhouse has been completely restored. The large longère (farmhouse) houses the owner's house and this large gîte, converted from the old stables. It's ideally suited to a stay with friends or family. Its gabled terrace makes it completely independent for relaxing or dining. You'll be in the heart of the countryside and nature. You'll have access to a large wooded plot with a pond. Why not relax to the sound of birdsong?
On the first floor, you'll find a kitchen opening onto a large living and dining area, where you can enjoy a convivial get-together. Here, each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
A bedroom with en suite shower/wc is accessible for people with reduced mobility (2 twin beds 90x190cm). Also on this level is a master suite (1 bed 140x190cm) with mezzanine (1 bed 90x190cm and 1 bed 120x190cm), shower room and separate wc. For security, cameras are installed at the entrance to the property.
The gîte is fully equipped with a reversible heat pump (heating in winter, air conditioning in summer). The Lurcy-Lévis racetrack is 1km away.
