15 minutes from the A71 freeway exit n°11 at Montmarault and 1 hour from the 3 main towns in the Allier region: Moulins, Montluçon and Vichy.

In this outbuilding of the mill, Sabrina and Michel have converted the hayloft into a charming “duplex” cottage with a cozy, homey decor, nestled against the rock face, complementing the two large Holiday cottages. This rental is located on a 15-hectare rolling estate with woods and a Class 1 river.
Ground floor: open-concept kitchen with dining area, living room with wood-burning stove, separate toilet.
Upper floor: 1 mezzanine bedroom (1 160-bed), bathroom (shower). Electric heating and wood heating stove.
Separate laundry room. Terraced ornamental garden. Play area, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream on the property (canal).
Heated indoor pool (semi-inground) open year-round, shared with the other holiday cottages on the property (8 m x 4 m; depth ranging from 1.35 m to 2 m). The pool is secured by a locked, glass-enclosed room available to adults (including a changing room)
Playground, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream on the property (canal)

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE HOLIDAY COTTAGE: All utilities included. Sheets, towels, and linens included.
Housekeeping included; please note that only the kitchen area must be left clean and tidy—otherwise, a flat cleaning fee of 80€ will be charged at the end of your stay.

Sauna: 1 free session per stay; additional sessions at 15.00 euros.
Nordic Bath: 50.00 euros per session. For information and reservations, contact the owners.
On-site, 2 Holiday cottages: one for 6 people and one for 12 people.

Only guests wearing sports hall shoes will be admitted to the fitness room.

Pets are allowed at a rate of 10€ per day per pet. For stays longer than 3 days, the rate is 35€ per pet (maximum 2). Payment is due on site.

A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use with one other holiday cottage.
