15 minutes from the A71 freeway exit n°11 at Montmarault and 1 hour from the 3 main towns in the Allier region: Moulins, Montluçon and Vichy.

In this mill outbuilding, Sabrina and Michel have converted the hayloft into a charming "duplex" house with a "cocooning" decor, leaning against the rock, in addition to 2 large Holiday cottages. Situated on a 15-hectare estate with woods and a 1st category river.
First floor: open-plan kitchen with dining area, living room with wood-burning stove, separate toilet.
First floor: 1 mezzanine bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room. Electric heating and wood stove.
Separate laundry room. Terraced approval garden. Playground, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream (reach).
Year-round heated indoor Piscine (semi-buried), shared with the other Holiday cottages on the property (8m x 4 m; 1 m35 to 2 m deep). Piscine protected by a lockable glass room for adults (including a changing cabin).

Holiday cottage extras: All inclusive. Sheets, towels and household linen included.
Housekeeping included. Please note that only the kitchen area must be left clean and tidy, otherwise a €80 cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay.

Sauna 1 session per day free of charge, thereafter at 15.00 euros.
Nordic bath: 50.00 euros per session. Information and reservations with the owners.
On site, 2 Holiday cottages: 6-person and 12-person.

Only people wearing Sports hall shoes will be admitted to the Sports hall.

Pets are allowed at €10 per day per animal. For more than 3 days, the rate is 35€ per animal (2 max.) To be paid on site.
