Stay in this former gatekeeper's house, fully renovated as a vacation home (4 trains a day pass in front of the gite). This rental is located in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by meadows, ponds and woods. It's the perfect place for a family to discover the Moulins area, and take advantage of the Le Pal wildlife and leisure park.

Raised ground floor: living room, kitchenette, shower room (shower, wc).
Upstairs (access via slightly sloping staircase) to two interconnecting bedrooms: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with toilet and washbasin, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190, and crib). Electric heating. No smoking. Private enclosed green space of 820m².
Le Pal amusement park 15 km away. Montbeugny aerodrome 7 km. Lusigny 6 km.

Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.

    Point positif: Séjour très agréable. Maison isolée, un plus pour nous. Enfant autiste non verbale. Donc souvent bruyant. 4 trains par jour, toujours attendu par mon fils. Une cour fermée, repas a l'extérieur agréable. Ménage impeccable. Très réactif en cas de problème. Un bon rapport qualité prix.
    Point négatif; Personne pour l'accueil. Manque des accessoires de cuisine, plat pour micro-onde, poêle à changer, avoir plus de vaisselle serait un plus.

    CALME

    Un séjour très agréable dans un environnement calme, à l'écart du village.
    Nous avons été agréablement surpris par les alentours immédiats de la maisonnette : jardin, ombre suffisante, forêt à proximité, alors que les images laissaient penser que nous serions exposés au soleil.
