Ground floor: As soon as you step into the bright entryway, you’ll be charmed by the fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room. Separate restroom before the staircase.

First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, Bed 140 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom (2 single beds, 90 x 190 cm), 1 bathroom (shower and toilet). Heating provided by a pellet stove (bags included in the rate) and electric heating in the bedrooms. Outdoor area with patio furniture and a barbecue, offering a panoramic view of the Bourbonnais Mountains.

Second floor: 1 spacious loft with space for 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) at no extra charge.
