La maison de l'étang Magaud is ideal for a Countryside break with friends or family, set in rolling hills and meadows. The decor is sober and restful.
First floor: large entrance hall with table soccer and separate toilet, living room with wood-burning stove that invites you to relax. The fitted kitchen overlooks the pond and provides access to the terrace. 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (shower/wc).
Upstairs: a large space has been converted into a gaming room, with board games, books and a pool table. 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Electric heating. Cell phone on request with deposit. Courtyard, large green space with lawn, petanque court, private fishing pond (carp, tench and fry).
Reversible air-conditioning in living room and billiard room.
Kids will love the little wooden Cabin. 4 adult bicycles and 2 for Kids (up to 10 years) in the covered, closed shelter. Possibility of 3 extra people in Bunk beds in the gaming room (15€/night/pers). Greenway along the Canal Latéral 6 km away. Bourbon Lancy spa and balneotherapy center 25 km. Digoin 16 km.
HOLIDAY COTTAGE PLUS: Bed linen provided and beds made. Linen supplied. Free fishing.
Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.

Super gîte emplacement au calme au milieu de la nature.
Étant poissonneux pour la friture, pas de chance sur le plus gros pour nous. Si la météo n'est pas avec vous le billard et le babyfoot sont un vrai plus.
Serge est très sympathique et arrangeant avec une vraie volonté de faire profiter les voyageurs de son gîte. Le feu prêt à notre arrivée était très pratique et le cadeau qui nous attendait au frigo bien apprécié

WE très agréable dans ce grand gîte isolé en campagne grâce notamment au grand salon sam doté d'un enorme poêle à bois, d'un baby-foot et d'un billard, tout en parfait état, ainsi qu'un grand terrain de pétanque et plusieurs vélos mis à disposition.emplacement parfait pour les animaux de compagnie .
belle balade le long du canal du Centre au départ de Diou toujours avec les chiens- Cleanliness
