Electric heating. Courtyard and green space (300 m²). This rental is located on the edge of the small departmental road. Close to the Forest de la Suave for mushroom-picking in season. Forest de Tronçais (35km). Cosne d'Allier 12 km. Néris les Bains: 18 km.
