This family home, known as "Maison Bérai", has been completely renovated by the owner and decorated with care. The Holiday cottage features a fully-equipped, functional kitchen opening onto a warm and friendly living room. The Bungalow has a pleasant enclosed garden, and an enclosed courtyard. Motorcycles and bicycles can also be accommodated in the enclosed garage. The terrace overlooking the garden is a perfect place to enjoy your meals in peace and quiet (electric plancha). Entrance to the Holiday cottage is via the small veranda. You'll find a large bedroom with storage space and 1 bed 140x190 cm, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 cm. Both bedrooms overlook the grounds. The shower room and toilet are in the same room.
In this rental, you'll be 10 minutes from the historic center of Moulins, classified as a City of Art and History, with its many Museums and Shops.
