In the heart of Villeneuve sur Allier, come and recharge your batteries away from the hustle and bustle in a calm and serene environment. This family home, known as "Maison Bérai", has been completely renovated by the owner and decorated with care. The Holiday cottage features a fully-equipped, functional kitchen opening onto a warm and friendly living room. The Bungalow has a pleasant enclosed garden, and an enclosed courtyard. Motorcycles and bicycles can also be accommodated in the enclosed garage. The terrace overlooking the garden is a perfect place to enjoy your meals in peace and quiet (electric plancha). Entrance to the Holiday cottage is via the small veranda. You'll find a large bedroom with storage space and 1 bed 140x190 cm, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 cm. Both bedrooms overlook the grounds. The shower room and toilet are in the same room.
In this rental, you'll be 10 minutes from the historic center of Moulins, classified as a City of Art and History, with its many Museums and Shops.
Holiday cottage benefits: Bed linen and towels provided. Heating included. Free WIFI.
Electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.

Pockypsie Séjour agréable
Petite maison bien agréable, très propre, avec petit jardin et barbecue.
Manque quelques petites choses : tapis de bain 'car parterre glissant", Mesureur ou balance de cuisine, râpe ou appareil pour râper des légumes. Un petit meuble pour entreposer nourriture (conserves, sachets, pâtes, riz etc) et ne pas encombrer les plans de travail. C'est juste un conseil pour les prochains utilisateurs du gîte. Sinon séjour agréable, et propriétaire bien accueillant.- Cleanliness

Titi Gîte reposant
Bon accueil
Très calme, idéal pour se reposer, bien agencé, bonne literie.
Quelques jeux de société seraient les bien venus lors des jours de pluie et petit bémol, pour nous, fut l'absence de barbecue, alors que c'est mentionné dans l'annonce, mais remplacé par un grill électrique.- Cleanliness
