Véronique and Louis-François welcome you to their bed and breakfast, Jolie Futaie, which has been open since 2024, in the heart of the Meaulne-Vitray countryside. Designed for two guests, this room combines comfort and relaxation in a peaceful setting, with a warm welcome for a stay dedicated to tranquility. The town of Meaulne-Vitray offers local amenities, including a Pharmacy, a hair salon, a bakery, a tobacco shop, a post office, and a shop selling everyday essentials.

Located in northern Allier, 4 km from the Tronçais Forest, this bed and breakfast is an ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Bourbonnais region. Just 10 km away, the Saint-Bonnet-Tronçais lake offers a wide range of outdoor activities to enjoy with family or friends. Vallon-en-Sully, located 8 km away, will delight young and old alike with its museum of animated models. Meanwhile, 15 km away, the medieval village of Hérisson rounds out the cultural experiences with the ruins of its castle. In September, you’ll have the chance to hear the deer’s bellow echoing through the Tronçais Forest, offering a sound that’s emblematic of the season.

Located on the first floor of the owners’ home, the bedroom—featuring a Bed 160 x 200—charms with its spacious layout, contemporary furnishings, and air conditioning, which is especially welcome during the summer months. A small sitting area with a tea station and refrigerator rounds out the space and invites you to relax. The terrace lets you fully enjoy the tranquility of the Bourbonnais countryside.

Every morning, a breakfast featuring local products is served. You’ll receive a message in advance asking you to specify your preferences. The owners also offer, by reservation, a meal tray including an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert—available upon request.
