Ground floor: Kitchen opening onto living room, shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC.
1st floor: living room (140 cm sofa bed) with office space for telecommuting if required, spacious bedroom for 2 with study area and 120 cm sofa bed, bedroom with 3 single beds.
Reversible air-conditioning. Enjoy the heated swimming pool (9x4.5m, up to 1.75 m deep), shared with the owner according to schedule (2 to 4 pm or more on request). Open from June to September, weather permitting.
Gîte extras: Sheets and beds made up on arrival, towels and household linen provided.
External socket for electric vehicle.
