Escape to this former mill, fully renovated as a detached house on a 15-hectare rolling estate with woods and 1st category river.
Elevated first floor: large open-plan kitchen, living room, lounge, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, separate toilet.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, baby bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 2-person bed), 1 mezzanine bedroom with miller's staircase access (4 x 1-person beds), shower room/wc. Electric heating and pellet stove. Terraced approval garden, veranda, playground, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream on site (Bief). Year-round heated indoor Piscine (semi-buried), shared with the other Holiday cottages on the property (8m x 4 m; 1 m35 to 2 m deep). Piscine protected by a lockable glass room for adults (including changing room).
Sports hall. Sauna. Library. Golf course, petanque court Volleyball net. 2 Holiday cottages: 6-person and 2-person.

Holiday cottage benefits: Housekeeping included. Please note that only the kitchen area must be left clean and tidy, otherwise a €80 cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay.

Sauna: 1 session/day free, then session at 15.00 euros.
Nordic bath: 50.00 euros / session. Information and reservations with the owners

Pets are allowed at a rate of €10 per day per animal. For more than 3 days, the charge is €35 per animal (2 max), payable on site.

Up to 4 nights departure at 1:00 pm, from 5 nights and more departure at 10:00 am.

Only guests wearing Sports hall shoes will be admitted to the Sports hall.
