The Champ Coutellard Holiday cottage offers modern comforts between City and Countryside. The owners, who live next door, will be happy to give you all the information you need for your visits, if you wish. With its independent entrance, this single-storey cottage features a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto the covered terrace.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160 x 190 cm), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The living room is equipped with reversible air conditioning. You can enjoy the large enclosed green space of around 1000 m². The terrace overlooks the meadow where the owner's poultry roam. A charcoal barbecue is available for those warm summer evenings. Horses can be accommodated in the meadow with shelter. Saint-Pourçain-Sur-sioule and its Vineyard are 15 km away, offering a wide range of visits and activities. 35 km away, the Mountain Bourbonnaise, with its highest point at 1160 meters, offers many Hiking trails for enthusiasts. Vichy, a UNESCO World Heritage site and spa resort, is 10 km away. Special curist rates: 990€ for 3 consecutive weeks or 1220€ for 4 consecutive weeks. (Excluding June, July and August) Gite extras: bed linen included, but beds to be made on arrival, household linen included (if bed linen changed during stay: 15€/bed) Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site, at end of stay, (if daily rate of 8 kw is exceeded).

Usko Séjour chez Valentine
Idéalement placé entre Vichy et St Pourçain, le gîte est fonctionnel, dans un quartier très calme et champêtre. Le terrain clos a été un plus pour notre chien. La terrasse, très agréable, nous a permis de manger dehors même par temps pluvieux.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants, discrets, et de très bon conseil pour la découverte de la région et de sa gastronomie

Mag45 Gîte au calme
C'est la deuxième fois que nous réservons ce gîte moderne et au calme, à environ 15mn en voiture de Vichy.
Très bonne literie et gîte bien équipé.
Nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse et du barbecue.
Boulangerie, pharmacie et petite épicerie à proximité.

Les Normands Séjour très agréable
Gîte moderne et fonctionnel, sans vis à vis, avec un terrain clos, idéal pour notre chienne. Accueil des propriétaires chaleureux, à notre écoute et disponibles. Nous recommanderons ce gîte à des amis. Nous nous permettons juste une petite suggestion : rajouter un ou deux fauteuils dans le coin salon. Sinon l'aménagement et le décor sont sobres et parfaits.
