Nestled in the heart of the Bourbonnais countryside, this charming gîte offers a relaxing and bucolic stay. The Gîte de l'Espinasse is the ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and meet up with family and friends in the heart of France.
Adrien and Fanny will be delighted to welcome you to their gîte. Completely renovated, this old farmhouse will seduce you with its combination of period stonework and modern comforts.
Farmer Adrien will be happy to show you around his sheep farm.
Less than 5km from the gîte is Bourbon-l'Archambault, where you can discover the historic ruins of the Château des Ducs de Bourbon, relax at the famous thermal baths and enjoy the benefits of the spa waters.

This gîte has been awarded the "Accueil vélo" label.
Ground floor: A large living space with a lounge and wood-burning stove, a dining room and an open-plan kitchen, await you for convivial moments.
The gîte is accessible to the disabled, with its bedroom (1 bed 140 x190 cm) and bathroom (shower and toilet). The terrace, with its charcoal barbecue, and the wooded grounds are ideal for spending special moments during your stay.
1st floor: discover a luminous mezzanine and its original resting net for cocooning moments whatever your age.
A second bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190 cm) as well as a shower room and separate toilet. Two extra people can be accommodated in the pull-out bed on the mezzanine (2 beds 90 x 190 cm).

maîté SEJOUR DANS UN GITE SUPER CONFORTABLE.
Gite très agréable bien qu'éloigné des commercants. Très calme on profite du chant des oiseaux et les coassements des grenouilles sur belle terrasse mais dns la maison très bien isolée le grand calme de jour comme de nuit

les normand vacances réussie
Super semaine avec un temps splendide .Le séjour dans ce gite en pleine nature avec les animaux a était très bénéfique .Le gite est très beaux, restauré avec gout. Très fonctionnel pour les PMR .Belle région intéressante a découvrir .
L'accueil des propriétaire ,disponible et discret a la fois et très agréable.
Gite a recommander les yeux fermés.

Marfée Court séjour en bourbonnais
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Lespinasse. Le gîte est idéalement situé au milieu des prairies, à proximité de Bourbon L'Archambault. Il est parfaitement équipé. Les jeunes propriétaires ont été réactifs pour répondre à nos interrogations.

Floraline Que du bonheur !
Le gîte est impeccable, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, et le propriétaire très accueillant. Idéal pour se retrouver au calme, profiter de la nature, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Tout est fait pour s'y sentir comme chez soi.
Mention spéciale pour la mezzanine et son filet de repos, quoi de mieux pour se détendre en rentrant de balade le soir !
