Self-contained gîte in a fully renovated 17th-century farmhouse, with a harmony of modern and authentic materials (beams and bricks) adjoining the owner's house. Horses can be kept in the field near the gîte.
First floor: large living room with sleeping area (1 double bed), kitchen (access via step), bathroom (shower/wc).
Electric heating. Shared laundry room.
Private grounds, flower garden, enclosed courtyard, private terrace, garden furniture, Souvigny 10 km. Only 1 animal accepted.
Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.

First stay with my dog
5/5This 3 nights stay was a trial experience with my dog, and it was perfect. The property is secure, so dog had plenty of outdoor space. Property is in a country setting 10 minutes walk to a village (boulangerie and good restaurant), with plenty of other walks options. Moulins is very close too and has much to offer.
The owners live on site, are welcoming, ready to help and to advise on activities. The property is well equiped and feels like a second home. Highly recommended.- Cleanliness 5/5

vacances au calme près de Moulins
5/5Le gîte est bien équipé et bien situé pour découvrir la région. Pour les amateurs de marche, il y a le choix: la Via Allier qui longe la rivière et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée bien balisés.
