First floor: living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchenette, shower room, separate toilet, laundry area.
First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds, 1 of which can be converted into a double bed). Wood heating and Electric heating (wood provided). Small enclosed courtyard with terrace and lawn (60 m²), plancha available for outdoor meals. Greenway 1 km from Holiday cottage. Gannat 14 km. St Pourçain/Sioule 14 km. All shops 5 km away. *** Cleaning fee required if renting with pets *** Bed linen, towels and household linen kit for entire Holiday cottage: 50 €.

Avons passés un très bon séjour. Bon acceuil, belle location très bien aménagée. Location conforme à l'annonce, calme avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Beaucoup de sites à visiter et de belles balades à faire dans les environs. Belle région avons passés deux agréables semaines, avec de belles découvertes.

Angelanaïs AU TOP
Le gîte est d'une propreté irréprochable avec un esprit cocooning. Tout y est bien pensé. Le site est bien clos. Au calme. A 10/15 min de 2 villes avec toutes commodités.
Les propriétaires sont d'une très grande gentillesse tout comme leur fille (ainsi que le joli Sancho). Très à l'écoute et aux petits soins.
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille.
