Completely renovated Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house in a small hamlet near St Pourçain sur Sioule.
First floor: living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchenette, shower room, separate toilet, laundry area.
First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (3 single beds, 1 of which can be converted into a double bed). Wood heating and Electric heating (wood provided). Small enclosed courtyard with terrace and lawn (60 m²), plancha available for outdoor meals. Greenway 1 km from Holiday cottage. Gannat 14 km. St Pourçain/Sioule 14 km. All shops 5 km away. *** Cleaning fee required if renting with pets *** Bed linen, towels and household linen kit for entire Holiday cottage: 50 €.
