Small enclosed private green space at the rear of the house with terrace overlooking the hills. At the front of the house, a large communal area (lawn and gravel) with carport and games room with table tennis and table soccer. Festival Les Cultures du Monde in Gannat in July and August.

Gîte extras: bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, tea towels and toiletries included. Housework included.

Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
