Housed in a former Bourbonnais-style barn, located 13 km from Montluçon, this large, independent holiday cottage has been restored to preserve the harmony between the authentic charm of the wood and stone and modern comforts.
Ground floor: large living room with a fireplace and a table seating 15 people, kitchen, restroom, small laundry room. Reversible air conditioning in the living room/kitchen.
First floor: 5 bedrooms, 4 of which have private bathrooms (shower/toilet), a family bedroom with a mezzanine and a private bathroom (shower/toilet). Gaming room. Electric heating.
Partially enclosed green space. 25 km from the Tronçais Forest. Community pond 500 m away.
On-site: a holiday cottage for 10 people.
Highlights of the holiday cottage: bed linen and towels provided. Firewood provided and cleaning included. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Heating and electricity are the guest’s responsibility and must be paid for on-site at the end of the stay.
