Ground floor: kitchen accessible by 2 steps with living room and wood-burning stove, spacious living room with pool table and home cinema with 4m x 3m screen.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms for 2 people, a shower room (shower and WC), a mezzanine that can accommodate 4 ADDITIONAL PEOPLE (2 twin beds 90 x 200 cm + bed 140 x 200), a laundry area with dressing room, washing machine, tumble dryer, water heater accessible by 1 step.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom for 2 people with TV, accessed via a steep staircase, and a private bathroom (bath and toilet).
The grounds are enclosed by an electric fence.
Wood heating and reversible heat pump.
Meals can be delivered to order.
