This former lumberjack's cottage has been completely renovated as a vacation home. It is located in the immediate vicinity of a Charolais farm. You'll appreciate its fully enclosed green space, and enjoy the forest and its leisure activities in all seasons (mushrooms, stag roaring, fishing at the Pirot pond and walks).
Ground floor: large living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area. 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 shower room (shower and closed toilet).
Upstairs: a large bedroom with 2 rooms, closed by a curtain to preserve privacy (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90), separate toilet. Carport.
Green space with lawn, terrace, covered dining area. In the village 1.5 km away, children's play equipment is available. Unsupervised swimming is available at Etang de Pirot, 1 km away. Please note that dogs are not allowed.
BED & BREAKFAST MUST HAVE: Bed linen provided and beds made for your stay, as well as household linen (tea towels and hand towels).
