Located in the heart of the vineyards of St Pourçain sur Sioule, this rental is ideally situated for discovering our beautiful department. This detached chalet boasts a terrace with a semi-enclosed green space (1800m²), planted with cherry and walnut trees, forming a mini-forest where children can play while older guests enjoy a siesta in the hammocks.
Ground floor: living room, open-plan kitchen with fireplace, shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet. Laundry room (washing machine). 1st Floor: 2 bedrooms opening onto balcony. 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 crib), bathroom (bath/wc). Mezzanine overlooking sitting area (2 single beds). air-conditioning on mezzanine level.
Electric heating extra.
Owner's above-ground swimming pool available from 2 pm to 6 pm (June to August: 7 m 30 diameter; 1 m 20 deep). Moulins 35 km. Vichy spa 28 km.

Baptism of the air in a tilting microlight: 50-minute flight at 90€ and complete tour of the vineyards (over 1 hour) at 120€.
As ULMs are defined as ultra-light motorized aircraft, regulations impose a maximum weight for passage through the air, which is 90 kg max.
Flights will only take place in good weather.
