Overlooking the village, this beautiful 19th-century family home has been entirely restored by owners Fabrice and Christelle, with the aim of creating an atmosphere marked by authenticity, traditional materials, objects and furniture from the past and contemporary comfort.
A large terrace overlooking the village is ideal for meals or simply relaxing. It gives access to a large green space.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, lounge, 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a private shower room and space for teleworking, a 4th bedroom with 4 single beds, shower room, 2 separate toilets.
100% electric or hybrid vehicles welcome: a 7.4 kw charging station is available for recharging batteries. Charging will be subject to an additional charge payable each time you fill up.
GITE FEATURES: sheets and beds made up on arrival, household linen included.
As we do not welcome pets in our gite, our customers have been happy to leave their pets at Tréteau.
Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille
5/5Séjour vraiment parfait tant par l'accueil et la disponibilité de notre hôte que par la maison restaurée avec beaucoup de soin par les propriétaires qui ont su allier l'authenticité de la bâtisse au moderne et à tout le confort. Tout est pensé pour que nous ayons tout à disposition à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur ( belle terrasse bien équipée : pour les enfants en toute sécurité avec un espace clos, plancha) sans compter les petites attentions (vin et noix). Merci pour cet excellent séjour en famille
