Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room with cozy sitting area, laundry room, shower room (Italian shower) and separate toilet.

1st floor: Take the stairs to the 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed. Each with its own atmosphere, the choice is yours! A mezzanine room on the landing can accommodate 2 people with a comfortable pull-out bed. Separate toilet.
