Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Countryside in this restored farmhouse near the village of Lurcy-Lévis. Set in a large wooded and flower-filled area, it is a former outbuilding of the owners' house. This Holiday cottage is located in the north-west of the Allier department, between the Forest of Tronçais and the banks of the Allier. You'll discover a rich local heritage of rural life with its barns and Bourbonnais farms, not forgetting the rich tourist and cultural heritage with its old stones and museums (STREET ART). On the first floor, you'll find an entrance hall giving access via 2 small steps to the living room and kitchen. Take the wooden staircase and discover the mezzanine, which comprises a sleeping area and a bathroom accessible via an old door under the beams (height 130 cm). Reversible air-conditioning. Gîte bonus: bed linen, towels and household linen supplied and bed made on arrival. Housekeeping included. Bikes available: 2 mountain bikes with helmets. Mobile air-conditioning available on request, in addition to the fan on the first floor. 3-week stay available at the special rate of €825 for spa guests.
