At the entrance to the Valserine valley, situated in the Haut Jura Regional Nature Park, the commune of Champfromier, at 700 m altitude, has no shortage of assets. All year round, whatever the season, with numerous hiking, mountain biking and skiing trails, nature is there to offer you a breath of fresh air.

Chalet Volferine can accommodate up to 5 people. Access to the chalet is via wooden steps onto an 8 m² south-facing terrace. The living room features a sofa bed for two, and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area. Two bedrooms: the first with a 140*190 bed and the second with two 90*190 beds. Bathroom with WC partitioned inside. Electric heating. This chalet's bonus: the second Valserine chalet (G81010) can accommodate up to 10 people in two independent chalets.

Ideally located for fishing and discovering the Valserine, France's first wild river, of 1st category and protected by the Haute Chaîne du Haut Jura, the various discovery trails for young and old, the Valserine losses and its pathway along the banks, the Balcon du Léman, the Pierre Percée waterfall. Downhill and cross-country skiing 20 minutes away. Mountain bikes can be rented from the owners, subject to availability. Shared parking for both chalets. Shops 300 m from the gîte (bakery, butcher's, mini-market, bar, pizza shop). No more than 3 people per booking for professional reasons.
