The Holiday cottage is a grouping of two accommodations located on the same property: G373001, Villa Odette and G373002, Villa Marceau. Let's discover the many things to do in the area: beaches and lakes (Nantua or Genin), paragliding or trail running, Fishing, canoeing or paddle? Sightseeing: take a refreshing dip in the Cerdon caves, or visit the Sylan glaciers, the Musée de la Résistance et du Peigne, or the Marmites de Géants... The Villa Odette holiday cottage (50 m²): on the first floor, you'll find a bright living room with a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. A few steps further down, a modern, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a vast 100 m² south-facing terrace, perfect for savoring the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. A shower room with walk-in shower and integrated toilet completes this level. Upstairs, the mezzanine offers two single beds (90x200) and the master bedroom a double bed (160x200). You'll also have access to a vaulted cellar. The villa Marceau gîte, a luxurious 150 m² house seducing you with its elegant interior and modern amenities, is attached to the owners' home.
It comprises 3 floors, with 3 spacious, comfortable bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 3 independent or integrated WCs (on each level). Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room (45 m²) and small sitting area, shower room with WC, 1st floor: sitting room with access to balcony, 1 master bedroom with 160*200 bed and bathroom, WC, laundry room. WC, laundry room. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds 90*200 that can be joined together as required, and a second with a 140*190 bed and a 160 x 190 bed. Shower room, WC. The courtyard is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing on the deckchairs. Towels, sheets, oil heating and wood are included. Our cat and dog keep the Kids busy.
