Located in the heart of nature, 5 km from the freeway exit, Villa Marceau is a haven of peace. This luxurious 150 m² home will seduce you with its elegant interior and modern amenities.

Before taking possession of this family home, discover the many activities available in the surrounding area: beaches and lakes (Nantua or Genin), paragliding or trail running, you can also discover the nature surrounding the Holiday cottage. Looking for relaxation? Fishing, canoeing or paddling? If you're keen to explore the area, take a refreshing dip in the Cerdon caves or the Sylan glaciers. Do you know the Resistance and Comb Museum, or the Giant's Pots?

The Villa Marceau is adjacent to the owners' villa. Discover the different levels, ideal for finding your place.
It comprises 3 floors, with 3 shower rooms and 3 independent or integrated WCs (on each level).
3 spacious, comfortable bedrooms (quality bedding) can accommodate 7 to 8 people.
Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room, small lounge area, shower room with WC,
1st floor: living room with access to balcony, 1 master bedroom with 160*200 bed and en-suite bathroom. WC, laundry room.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 2 90*200cm beds that can be joined together as required, and a second with a 140*190cm bed and a 160*190cm bed.

The outside courtyard lets you enjoy the sunshine and relax on the deckchairs.

On arrival: towels, sheets and oil heating are included. Electricity charges are at your expense.
At the end of your stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be arranged for 100 euros.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. We have a cat and a dog, which keep the Kids busy.
