In the heart of Trévoux, south of the Dombes region and 23 km from Lyon, in a residential area, the 215 m² Holiday cottage "très vous et nous" can accommodate up to 15 people with its 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On a secure property, the Holiday cottage with its private Piscine and garden, is a property on 3 levels,. Completely renovated, it combines the charm of wood with its patinated beams on the top floor and modern decor. The main entrance is from the winter garden or veranda, onto a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. A small bedroom (1 bed 140*190) with access to the outside, shower room with Italian shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms each with a 140*190 bed; 1 large shower room and 1 separate toilet. The second and last floor is accessible by two independent staircases and offers on the one hand a bedroom with 3 single beds and a Cinema area (video projector) and on the other hand a bedroom with a 140*190 bed;1 shower room with integrated WC.

Reversible air-conditioning. All inclusive - beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided, heating included. Discover Trévoux: boat trip from Trévoux to Lyon, a historic site (Château fort, Palais du parlement de Dombes...); Ars 15 minutes away, the famous Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne Market with its halls, the bird park at Villars-les-Dombes.

Please note that our house is not suitable for noisy events or parties.

We ask you not to play music outside and not to use the Piscine after 10pm, out of respect for the neighbors. Piscine accessible only in summer.
