Just 6 minutes from the charming medieval town of Pérouges, and 15 minutes from Saint-Vulbas for business clients, the 30 m² Cocon studio is the ideal getaway for two. Semi-detached from two other Holiday cottages, it is located next to the owners' house. This rental allows you to discover the riches of the region: - Pérouges, ranked "Favourite Village of the French" in 2013, with its cobbled streets, typical restaurants and unique medieval atmosphere.
- The Vallée Bleue, a natural setting dedicated to water sports and outdoor activities - Numerous Hiking trails, cycle paths and cultural sites to explore in the surrounding area. Through a separate entrance, you enter the Cocon, decorated in warm tones, it offers: - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a small sitting area with 2 armchairs, perfect for relaxing moments.
- A sleeping area with two single beds (90*200). - A bathroom with shower and integrated toilet. A small terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs is available for you to enjoy the outdoors. To enhance your stay, common areas are available: - Shared barbecue for outdoor meals. - Petanque court on site, ideal for leisure activities.
- Secure parking within the gated property. For families or groups, this studio can be combined with the other two adjoining Holiday cottages to offer a total capacity of 10 people (G290701), while preserving everyone's privacy.
