Semi-detached from two other Holiday cottages and located next to the owners' house, this accommodation offers an escape to the heart of a region rich in discovery. Located in a village voted "Favorite Village of the French" in 2013, you'll be just a stone's throw from an exceptional heritage. Stroll through the cobbled streets of Pérouges, explore the bucolic landscapes of the surrounding area or discover the Grottes de la Balme and the many activities on offer in the surrounding area. Decorated in chocolate tones, this 30m² studio has its own entrance with: - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a small sitting area with 2 armchairs for relaxing moments - A sleeping area with two single beds (90x200cm) - A shower room with WC.
When the weather's fine, take advantage of the small private terrace, equipped with garden furniture. Take advantage of the communal areas to enhance your stay: - A barbecue shared with the 2 other Holiday cottages for convivial outdoor meals. - A pétanque court, ideal for leisure activities.
