5 minutes from the motorway exit, in the heart of the village of Certines, the Souvenirs Souvenirs gîte (200 m²) has been completely renovated to offer you quality accommodation with a warm and friendly atmosphere. It can accommodate 9 people with its 4 bedrooms, three shower rooms-WC and a bathroom-WC. Via a car park and a courtyard shared with the other two lodgings (capacity of 6 people each), access to the lodge is from the private terrace and its garden, to an equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living room and lounge area. A soft blend of wood with its exposed beams and stone walls. A bedroom with a 140 bed, bathroom with integrated toilet, in gray tones and cement tiles. A laundry area. Via a wooden staircase, you access the mezzanine, with a skylight and a bird's eye view of the living room on the ground floor. This level serves 3 bedrooms, all equipped with shower rooms with private WC in each bedroom. Choice of: the duplex room, with spiral staircase, includes two single beds and upstairs a third single bed; a bedroom with a 140 bed and finally the 3rd bedroom with a 160 bed. A space dedicated to relaxation and open. Heating Heat pump. Cottage ideally located to take advantage of the tourist attractions of Bourg en Bresse and its exceptional heritage (Royal Monastery of Brou, apothecary, etc.). Less than 10 minutes from Equinox Parc des Expositions. Everything has been designed for a short or longer stay, for reunions with family or friends.

5/5Ce gîte est confortable, cosy, pratique, bien équipé, bien décoré, il ne manque qu'une cheminée pour les soirées d'hiver !
On ajoute à tous ces points positifs la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire.
Aucun point negatif n'est à signaler (à part peut-être, mais c'est un détail, un fonctionnement aléatoire du lave-vaisselle)Merci encore, nous reviendrons !

Très propre avec des propriétaires très sympatiques et serviables.
Tout a été refait dans le respect du bâtiment.

5/5Le gîte est magnifique, rénové avec goût. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout est prévu pour que l'on ne manque de rien. L'environnement est calme, à proximité de Bourg en Bresse. Les chambres sont confortables, chacune avec sa salle d'eau : pratique!
