Entrance hall, functional kitchen and living room, shower room with washbasin, separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room with washbasin and separate WC. On the 2nd floor, a relaxation area with desk, and a bedroom with 2 single beds and separate WC. Heating not included. Enclosed courtyard, private parking, wood-burning oven dating from 1848, barbecue, garden furniture, relaxation area and sandpit for the little ones.

Ideally located for walks and also for discovering the medieval city of Pérouges, the bird park of Villars-les-Dombes, Meximieux with its church, its wooden stalls and the caves of La Balme, the Royal Monastery of Brou in Bourg-en-Bresse, the Bugey mountains. Several golf courses and fishing rivers nearby. Close to the Le Luizard - Rhône Alpes horse park (3 km) and the Plaine de l'Ain industrial zone. Around 30 km from Lyon. Access to the ViaRhona at 10 km. Small farm museum on site.
