The Holiday cottage Les Yeux du Bois, 94 sq.m. on two floors, is located in Boyeux-Saint-Jérôme, an authentic village in the Ain region. Accessed via a beautiful stone staircase, the house opens onto a balcony. Entrance is straight into the living room, which includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a sitting area overlooking the property's courtyard. On the same level, you'll find a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed (separable), a shower room and a separate toilet. The barn adjoining the living room has been converted into a gaming room equipped with table soccer and games for Kids; it can also be used as a sheltered dining area in fine weather (unheated room).

Upstairs, two bedrooms in pastel hues and a woodsy ambience welcome you: a family room with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 1 single bed (90 cm), a bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm) (separable) and 1 single bed (90 cm), as well as a shower room and separate toilet.

In fine weather, garden furniture awaits you on the sunny terrace at the far end of the courtyard, overlooking the surrounding countryside and enclosed garden. Please note that the fence is not entirely suitable for animals that might sneak in. The gated courtyard is shared with the owners' Semi-detached house and a small, independent 3-person Holiday cottage. Pets are welcome, and there's space outside for one car. Beds made on arrival. Oil heating not included. Towels and cleaning package on request.
