On the heights of the hamlet of Appregnin, with an exceptional view and guaranteed peace and quiet, 65 kms from Lyon, 8kms from Belley, come and discover this large family home (223 m2) which has belonged to the same family since 1580.
Authentic and comfortable, it boasts a large south-facing terrace in the private courtyard, with an unobstructed view of the Dent du Chat and an ancient orchard.
Backing onto the Innimond mountain, a haven of peace, this gîte is ideal for up to 14 people to get together with friends or family, go hiking or biking, or just relax in the peace and quiet! Numerous lakes are accessible on foot or by car. Fishing in the owners' private lake (on request).
Ground floor: entrance hall, laundry/boiler room with storage, separate shower and WC, dining room and 2 living rooms open onto the terrace. The main entrance leads to the dining room with ornamental fireplace and pellet stove, a semi-open kitchen with a family atmosphere reminiscent of the charm of yesteryear. Two lounges, one with sofa bed (140*190) and open fireplace.
At the foot of the stairs, a small bathroom (clawfoot bath). Another shower room and an additional toilet are totally independent, making the house accessible to people with mobility difficulties.
On the 1st floor, a corridor leads to the first 4 bedrooms: la Rose (1 bed 160*200), la Fougère (1 bed 120*190), la Bleue with its four single beds (90*190) and the suite comprising a sleeping area and a private lounge (2 electric beds 80*190 combined, i.e. 160) with a small dressing room. The 5th Green Room (1 bed 140*190 and 2 beds 80*190) is located beyond the office-relaxation area and the shower room accessible by 3 steps. Separate WC. All bedrooms and living room have independent access.

Un merveilleux week-end
5/5Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille dans cette belle et grande maison. Il y avait de la place pour tout le monde malgré que nous étions un groupe de 13. La maison est magnifique, très calme, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la dent du chat qu'on ne s'est pas lassé d'admirer. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Magnifique maison dans un environnement calme avec très belle vue sur les montagnes. Grands espaces de jeux pour les enfants. Départ de randonnées directement de la maison.

Great stay in old house with great views
4/5We had a great stay with friends in the old house in a quit village. Great views over the hills and mountains nearby. Very friendly old owner, always helpful if we needed him.
Kitchen is quit small, 2 or 3 livingrooms where you can rest or read or eat together. Lots of furnutire and bedrooms with good mattresses, showers are very modern. Outside large table where you can eat with 2 big umbrellas. Belley is the nearest town at 7km, in Contrevoz at 5km there is a great baker
