Backing onto the Innimond mountain, a haven of peace, this gîte is ideal for up to 14 people to get together with friends or family, go hiking or biking, or just relax in the peace and quiet! Numerous lakes are accessible on foot or by car. Fishing in the owners' private lake (on request).

Ground floor: entrance hall, laundry/boiler room with storage, separate shower and WC, dining room and 2 living rooms open onto the terrace. The main entrance leads to the dining room with ornamental fireplace and pellet stove, a semi-open kitchen with a family atmosphere reminiscent of the charm of yesteryear. Two lounges, one with sofa bed (140*190) and open fireplace.
At the foot of the stairs, a small bathroom (clawfoot bath). Another shower room and an additional toilet are totally independent, making the house accessible to people with mobility difficulties.
On the 1st floor, a corridor leads to the first 4 bedrooms: la Rose (1 bed 160*200), la Fougère (1 bed 120*190), la Bleue with its four single beds (90*190) and the suite comprising a sleeping area and a private lounge (2 electric beds 80*190 combined, i.e. 160) with a small dressing room. The 5th Green Room (1 bed 140*190 and 2 beds 80*190) is located beyond the office-relaxation area and the shower room accessible by 3 steps. Separate WC. All bedrooms and living room have independent access.
