Bathroom with bath and shower. Separate WC. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and a Kids bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). Beds made on arrival with comforters. Shower room with WC. For the fireplace, the first wheelbarrow is free (then €10 per additional wheelbarrow).
A covered terrace for lunch and relaxation. On the owner's doorstep, the river Le Gland and its banks will keep you cool in summer. Nearby GR, mountain bikes are at your disposal to discover the mid-range mountains, with their many lakes ... WIFI. 10 km from Belley. In a small Bas Bugey village with a listed 13th-century church. Marie Maison chaleureuse dans l'Ain
Maison très chaleureuse et lumineuse, bien située entre les lacs et les ballades en montagne, environnement très calme et reposant. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour toutes demandes. Super séjour.

Flo un gîte au calme en pleine nature
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gîte des épées, nous avons été très bien accueilli et le gîte était très bien équipé. Le propriétaire était à l'écoute et disponible en cas de besoin. Le cadre du gîte est magnifique,avec la montagne du Tantanet derrière, un très grand jardin avec de magnifiques fleurs que nous avons pu admirer de la terrasse couverte et une petite rivière boisée au bout du jardin ( un petit coin rafraîchissant lors des grosses chaleur).
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
