Spacious, detached Holiday cottage (170m²) in an old farm building close to the owners' home, but not overlooked.
On the first floor, the entrance is via a large porch onto a vast living room with high ceilings and exposed beams (open fireplace, CD/DVD player), spacious modern kitchen (American fridge), laundry room with washing machine and dryer, clothes line, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) with bathroom. Separate WC with washbasin.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed 140x200 and the other with 2 beds 90x200), bathroom. Electric heating extra. Private Piscine (alarmed and enclosed) reserved for Holiday cottage, accessible only in summer. Orchard. Garage.
Holiday cottage extras: bed linen, towels and housekeeping included. Bicycles available. The owner speaks English and will be delighted to show you around the restaurants of top chefs and wineries.
