The Holiday cottage is a combination of 2 adjoining accommodations: G 68010 and G68011, in the heart of the Vineyard village of Cerdon, where you'll find plenty to do on site. Les Bulles can accommodate a group of up to 20 people (20 single beds that can be reunited according to needs and desires) via the two adjoining Holiday cottages. A large 75 m² living room, ideal for family or friends, includes a kitchen opening onto the dining area and a living room for convivial gatherings. Separate WC. An elevator gives access to the garden level, where you'll find a 3-person bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC, plus a relaxation room (table soccer, darts, etc.). From the living room, a beautiful wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor, which leads to 2 bedrooms (sleeps 3), each with en-suite shower room and WC. Finally, on the 3rd and last level, there are 3 further bedrooms, each sleeping 2, with 3 shower rooms and 2 WCs. Outside, a small Semi-detached house completes these spaces, with a relaxation area and 2 bedrooms, one for 2 people and the other for 3, as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Central heating. A large courtyard and garden are at your disposal. A room adjoining the Holiday cottage has been designed for gathering and having fun while listening to music. A communal parking lot for all vehicles is nearby. The advantages of this Holiday cottage: access for people with mobility difficulties thanks to its elevator, beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and utilities included.
