This Semi-detached house on one level, adjoining the owners' home, has been entirely designed to offer a comfortable, well-kept welcome. Every room exudes the gentleness of life and attention to detail. The atmosphere is contemporary and warm, while retaining the welcoming family spirit that makes it so charming.
The pleasure continues outside, with a covered terrace perfect for summer meals, a small private garden, and a discreet privacy screen facing the parking area shared with the owner's sewing business.
This ideal location makes it easy to explore the treasures of the Ain region. From the Holiday cottage, it's easy to get away from it all on the Hiking trails, explore the cycle paths around Bourg-en-Bresse or visit iconic sites such as the Monastère Royal de Brou. The Forest de Seillon, a veritable green lung covering over 600 hectares, awaits you for nature walks. And why not sample the local specialities? Generous flavors, naturally invited to your table: Bresse chicken, carp, frogs... an authentic culinary experience not to be missed.
Holiday cottage layout: well-equipped kitchen opening onto living room with sofa bed (140*190), 2 bedrooms (2*90*200, 1*160*200), spacious shower room, WC.

Un accueil très chaleureux, une localisation très calme, une décoration contemporaine et bien pensée, une propreté au top, une literie très confortable, tout était parfait !
Une mention spéciale pour l´équipement. Il ne manque de rien et on aimerait plus souvent trouver des gites aussi bien pensés et gérés.

Une belle maison refaite avec goût et souci du détail. Bien située, très propre, avec tout le matériel nécessaire.
