Facing the Massif du Haut Jura, a traditional, detached Jura farmhouse (174m²) overlooking the Valserine valley.
Ground floor, entrance through former carpentry workshop leading to large living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and fireplace. Half-level with shower room, WC and relaxation area (DVD). Upstairs, on different levels: 4 spacious bedrooms: 2 en suite with 1 bedroom with 1 160cm bed and 1 Kids bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds; 1 bedroom with 1 160cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds. Shower room with Italian shower, 2 separate WCs.
Wood heating and pellet stove. Breathtaking Mountain views, large outdoor space, quiet natural setting.
Since March 2018, Le Tilleret has been branded "Valeur Parc". Hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing from the cottage. Fishing, Cross-country skiing, Alpine skiing and climbing nearby.
One dog maximum. Snowshoe rental available on site. Summer and winter private parking below the property.

Arno Prachtig huis middenin de natuur
Heel mooi gerestaureerd huis op een prachtige, heel rustige plek. Het uitzicht, de ligging en de ruimte om het huis zijn bijzonder. In het huis is veel leefruimte en het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wat krakende trappen en vloeren boven herinneren je aan de authentieke afkomst van het huis. Het kent echter een hoog niveau van afwerking in bijvoorbeeld douche en toilet en het is voorzien van echt goede keukenapparatuur. Het huis was brandschoon toen we kwamen.
De vele zitjes rond het huis maken dat je altijd wel de zon of de schaduw vindt die je zoekt. Vanuit het dal gaat is er een eenbaans toegangsweg (asfalt) de berg op naar het huis. Een enkele keer kwamen we iemand tegen, dan zijn er her en der wel plekken om te passeren. Yves is een vriendelijke en correcte verhuurder, die zo nodig tussendoor ook goed te bereiken is. Zo af en toe kwam hij even langs om te maaien of om planten water te geven, maar dit was totaal niet storend.
Kortom: een heerlijk huis, voor een verhoudingsgewijs hele acceptabele prijs. Daarbij passen 5 sterren!- Cleanliness
